WOOF WOOF!!!

Early this year my husband dropped me off at the mall while he went to his friends for band practice.  He knew I was in need of some jeans so he gave me $20 to spend on myself.  As Liam and I were walking around I was looking for a pair of pants that fit me right but like always I was having a hard time.  I was determined to find a pair.  About halfway through we came to a Build-A-Bear.  I really wanted Liam to see all the stuffed animals and how they were made.  As we walked around the corner Liam immediately looks up and starts saying “WOOF WOOF” while pointing up at the stuffed dog or doggie as Liam would say lol.  That IMMEDIATELY made my heart flutter.  So needless to say I spent my jean money on Liam and I am so glad that I did.  He loves that dog soooo much.  He sleeps with it, plays with it, travels with it and he brings it to doctor’s appointments.  It is his pal………his lovey.
As you can tell by all of the picture, he LOVES it.

Forts and Snuggles

Today I built a fort for our son made with a queen size comforter, two dining room chairs and our sectional couch. Once it was all done Liam gave me this big ol’ smile as to say he was excited.  We both crawled in with great excitement.  For Liam the excitement was he had a giant fort he could go in. The excitement for me was the look on his face when he was finally in this newly made fort.  Once we were both in the fort I laid down then he did his sideways butt scoot over towards me as fast as he could.  Once he made it over to me he quickly snuggled up to me as to say thank you mommy for this awesome fort.  He just warms my heart.

Butterfly Kisses

My 20 month old son is so amazing and knows how to get to my heart.  If I tell him "I love you" he immediately gives me a kiss on my cheek.  It's so amazing because I can just feel him saying I love you back to me when he does this.  My son is the greatest gift God has ever given to me.

I am working on a butterfly tattoo that I am going to get on my right front shoulder to place over my "heart" area.  It wont be directly over my heart area because where the heart is located is an awkward place to get a tattoo lol.  I've been long overdue for a tattoo lol

Butterfly Carried Heart

There is nothing better than to feel the love of your child.  The best feeling in the world is when your son kisses you on the cheek and then lays his head on your shoulder without you asking him too.  It literally makes my heavy heart feel as weightless as a butterfly.  All the burdens that are on my heart are immediately gone. When he does this I know it's him telling me that he loves me.

In this crazy life I want to try and document all the memorable moments so that they will never be forgotten.
